Made a ridiculous chocolate cake for my boyfriends birthday. Lasted us about a week warmed up in the microwave with ice cream... Got the recipe from Call Me Cupcake
here. Changed the ganache though and just heated up double cream then took off the heat and melted in half milk and half dark chocolate. Pretty hefty cake and definitely not for the faint hearted or for those people who say 'I've never been that fussed about puddings... much prefer savoury'.
